Is there camping?
Sorry but no accommodation or camping facilities are offered. If you would like accommodation I'm sure we can find some local facilities. Accommodation options.

Are kids allowed?
Yes, kids are welcome to come for free. Some of our volunteers have offered to do some activities for the kids, so the kids will have a great time too! and give parents a rest :-)

What to Bring..
Bring a cushion or mat for sitting, Bring White Clothes for Heart Meditation on Saturday, Cash for Lunches & Dinners & Cacao.

FOOD
SAT LUNCH (12-2pm)
Medicine Mushroom Broth - including birch polypore from the forest and Cornish seaweed
& Bounty Box - roast seasonal veg with millet & tahini, marinated cabbage slaw with herbs, toasted seeds & cranberries, cannelini bean dip
SAT DINNER (5-7pm)
Aubergine & Chickpea Madras - in a tomato and coconut base with freshly toasted spices and a chili kick. Served with rice, beetroot raita, mango chutney
SUN LUNCH (12-2pm)
Creamy Pumpkin Soup - in a deep earthy herby stock
& Bounty Box - glass noodle salad with ginger, lime & sesame, marinated tofu, seasonal crunchy kraut
SUN DINNER (5-7pm)
Chocolate Chili Feast - in a 'nomato' sauce. Served with quinoa, lemony greens, olive & mint salsa
Please pre-book your meals in advance. This helps us with planning. Although there will be some extra servings on the day, it is advised to book ahead to avoid disappointment.
